TL;DR

Commercial Manager (Web3): Driving and cultivating deep relationships with TradFi customers and institutional partners with an accent on the APAC region and Hong Kong market. Focus on evangelizing Chainlink’s platform, identifying high-impact opportunities, and managing complex stakeholder relationships within the institutional finance and digital asset ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Hong Kong. The role is remote-based with a preference for overlapping working hours with EST.

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (USD) or €100,000 – €130,000 (EUR) depending on location.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with high-value TradFi accounts to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder mapping strategies to engage key decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted evangelist for Chainlink products and decentralized technologies.
  • Drive early-stage pipeline generation through proactive discovery and qualification.
  • Serve as the central liaison between clients and internal teams including Product, Legal, and Technical Solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of total experience, including 3+ years in institutional finance or business development.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Hong Kong.
  • Strong understanding of TradFi markets, DeFi protocols, and the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with institutional clients.
  • Mandarin fluency is highly preferred.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of experience in Web3 environments or with DApps and smart contracts.
  • Expertise in the Institutional RWA landscape and digital asset management.
  • Experience selling solutions to Financial Market Infrastructures.
