Salary: $260,000–$325,000 USD

What you will do

• Contribute to hirify.globalX's Capital Markets strategy, positioning XRPL as a leading blockchain for institutional applications.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with investment banks and financial market infrastructure providers.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities at the intersection of traditional capital markets and blockchain.
• Lead complex deal negotiations and partnership agreements with senior executives at major financial institutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and trading teams to develop use cases and solutions.
• Serve as a thought leader on blockchain applications in capital markets, representing hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in capital markets, with substantial traditional finance background.
• Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and their applications in institutional finance.
• Proven track record of success in developing first-of-a-kind partnerships and closing complex deals.
• Established network of contacts within capital markets, including senior executives.
• Strong business development and deal-making skills, managing the entire partner lifecycle.
• Exceptional ability to rapidly grasp sophisticated technology products and communicate their value proposition.
