What you will do

• Research regulatory frameworks, licensing requirements, and applicability criteria.
• Support licensing and regulatory-readiness projects through gap analysis, evidence requests, policy review, and application preparation.
• Organize requirements into structured modules, checklists, evidence categories, and service mappings.
• Review AI outputs for factual consistency, source traceability, missing information, and formatting issues.
• Prepare initial compliance analyses, client reports, evidence guidance, presentations, and review materials.
• Coordinate requests across client-facing teams, compliance reviewers, and Engineering while escalating unclear conclusions.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in law, finance, accounting, risk management, public policy, business, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical, structured-writing, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail when reviewing regulatory sources, citations, and customer materials.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, organize complex information, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken English required.
• Interest in digital-asset regulation, financial compliance, licensing, or AI-assisted compliance workflows.

Nice to have

• Professional Chinese proficiency.
• Familiarity with digital-asset regulation, VASP licensing, or similar frameworks.
• Previous internship, coursework, or project experience in compliance, law, audit, fintech, digital assets, or regulatory research.
• Understanding of LLM limitations, hallucination risk, source traceability, and human-in-the-loop review.
