What you will do
- Support regulatory exams and external audits for Binance’s licensed jurisdictions.
- Develop and apply a standardized exam and audit framework for local teams.
- Analyze regulatory requirements to identify control gaps and non-compliance with laws.
- Ensure internal policies and procedures are aligned with the global governance framework.
- Drive key compliance initiatives and remediation efforts to completion.
- Prepare status reports, presentations, and documentation for internal management review.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compliance audit and/or advisory.
- Deep knowledge of financial services regulations, compliance policies, and standards.
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
- English: Proficiency with strong speaking and writing skills is essential.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Strong project management and communication skills.

- Experience within the crypto or fintech industry.
- Exposure to AI technologies and a basic understanding of their applications.
