What you will do

• Coordinate with the Legal Department and management regarding regulatory litigation and relationships with U.S. government agencies.
• Support responses to regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance reviews, specifically regarding AML and sanctions programs.
• Provide legal guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with sensitive U.S. legal obligations.
• Support regulatory filings, investigations, and remediation efforts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of private practice or in-house legal experience in financial services or regulatory litigation.
• Experience dealing with U.S. regulators such as FinCEN, SEC, CFTC, and OFAC.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. AML and sanctions compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of U.S. financial products (spot, margin, futures, options) within the crypto industry.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
