Salary: 154,000 – 254,000 PLN per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain compliance training translating complex regulations into engaging learning experiences.
• Administrate the training program by tracking completions and preparing audit-ready documentation.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure materials remain accurate and current.
• Support governance programs through risk assessments, regulatory change management, and issue tracking.
• Maintain version control and evidence in accordance with governance standards.
• Identify operational improvements to enhance the efficiency of compliance programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk, Audit, or Controls, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Proven experience in developing compliance or policy training and managing documentation.
• Strong writing and editing skills for translating regulatory requirements into practical content.
• Ability to independently manage work and maintain accurate evidence/documentation.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across different time zones.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with instructional design principles.
• Experience with multi-jurisdiction compliance training.
• Knowledge of regulatory change management and risk assessments.
