What you will do

• Lead construction execution planning, including scope definition, constructability reviews, and resource-loaded look-ahead planning.
• Manage multiple construction work fronts and projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules.
• Oversee safety and quality leadership, ensuring strict compliance with OSHA and client-specific regulatory requirements.
• Drive cost management through labor estimates, productivity tracking, and change order administration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Coordinate turnover planning, punch list completion, and commissioning support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent industrial leadership experience.
• Minimum 7 years of industrial construction or field leadership experience.
• Proven experience in mechanical, process, pharmaceutical, chemical, or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, piping isometrics, and technical specifications.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kansas City, Kansas.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or Bluebeam.
• PMP, CCM, or other formal construction management certifications.
• Experience with Lean Construction or digital work packaging.
