What you will do

• Lead salaried employees and coordinate maintenance activities to effectively support North Mill operations.
• Optimize production equipment and facilities to maximize uptime via integrated preventive and predictive systems.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability.
• Deliver process improvements through the strategic use of Lean and 6-Sigma tools.
• Manage work orders, scheduling, and storeroom inventory using Oracle CMMS.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on capital projects and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hammond, IN, USA.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience in motivating, supervising, and guiding teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Ability to analyze failure and performance data to develop actionable root cause insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an industrial setting.
• Four-year degree in engineering or technology.
• 7-10 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
