What you will do

• Support end-to-end recruitment through sourcing, screening, shortlisting, job posting, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
• Recruit for software development, technology, and non-technology roles across junior and mid-level positions.
• Coordinate onboarding, pre-boarding, probation tracking, and offboarding administration.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records across ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Prepare basic recruitment and HR reports, including pipeline and time-to-fill tracking.
• Support HR projects, employee experience improvements, and day-to-day regional HR administration.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of functional HR experience, including at least 3 years primarily focused on recruitment.
• Required experience recruiting software development and related technology roles, as well as non-technology positions.
• Post-secondary education; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and HRIS platforms such as ProSoft, Octomate, or BambooHR.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, reporting, independent working, and task ownership skills.

• Regional recruitment experience across ASEAN.
• Experience with AI-assisted HR tools and emerging HR technologies.
