What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for PH and U.S. roles, focusing on high-volume hiring.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define needs and provide recruitment support.
• Conduct initial screenings, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and report on recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and documentation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or high-volume environment.
• Experience supporting hiring for Philippine or U.S. markets.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Must be based in Manila or nearby provinces.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts.
• Stable internet connection (50Mbps+) and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote days.
