What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple searches and source talent globally.
• Advise hiring managers throughout a structured recruiting process and build qualified talent networks.
• Own the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding and beyond.
• Manage recruitment vendors, maintain accurate ATS documentation, and analyze recruiting data.
• Strengthen employer branding and support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance management, and exits.
• Support HR process improvements, employee experience programs, and other people-related projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience in financial services, ideally combining in-house and agency work.
• At least 1 year of HR-related experience in an international working environment.
• Experience recruiting revenue-generating and technical roles for international financial services or technology firms.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Mandarin Chinese, with confidence working across functions and locations.
• Experience with ATS platforms, exposure to HRIS and performance management systems, and familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with strong communication, relationship management, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

• Combined in-house and agency recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for quantitative trading or digital asset organizations.
