What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to interviewing for consulting positions.
• Advocate for top candidates and ensure visibility to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate mobility cases and manage external applications efficiently.
• Optimize sourcing tools and maintain attractive digital communication.
• Build and animate candidate communities to strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Supervise junior staff and participate in employer branding activities.

Requirements

• Thai: Native proficiency required.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of hires.
• Proficiency in digital sourcing tools and generative AI.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and result-oriented mindset.
