What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and creative roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to advise on market trends, candidate profiles, and effective hiring strategies.
• Develop and execute data-driven sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, social media, and industry networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and conduct market research to align with business needs.
• Ensure a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience and maintain ethical integrity throughout the process.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and represent the company brand at recruitment events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Greenhouse.
• Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or technology industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage high volumes of hiring and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
