Job Preparation Program Lead (AI/ML)

Location: Fully remote from Argentina

What you will do

• Lead the Job Preparation Program for the ML Fellowship, covering profiles, résumés, cover letters, interviews, and negotiation strategies.
• Conduct onboarding, personalized coaching sessions, weekly check-ins, and mock interviews for fellows.
• Manage job-search and preparation tools and collaborate with hiring managers in the US and LATAM.
• Track applications, interviews, offers, placement rates, and salary metrics.
• Analyze feedback and improve the training and job-preparation process.
• Support fellows after placement and serve as their ongoing point of contact.

Requirements

• Academic background in human resources, communication, technology, or a related field.
• Experience qualifying, interviewing, and assessing candidates for technology roles, ideally in data science, ML engineering, or AI.
• Experience developing and executing job-preparation strategies or programs.
• Strong analytical, independent decision-making, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with diverse multicultural teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting or placing technical candidates in US and/or LATAM markets.
• Experience supporting entry-level or junior professionals and explaining complex processes clearly.
• Entrepreneurial or growth mindset and experience in a startup environment.
