Lead Recruiter, US & Europe (AI)

Location: Redwood City, United States; hybrid work with onsite attendance required at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Own recruiting strategy and full-cycle execution across the United States and Europe for technical and commercial functions.
• Partner with company leaders and hiring managers to translate business priorities and headcount plans into hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Provide talent-market insights covering candidate availability, compensation, competition, and location considerations.
• Prioritize searches and recruiting resources based on business impact, urgency, and pipeline health.
• Manage external recruiting agencies, evaluate delivery quality, and maintain an effective search-partner network.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growing technology companies.
• Experience recruiting across technical and commercial functions and understanding different talent markets.
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close high-performing passive candidates.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and talent-market data.
• Ability to work onsite in the Redwood City office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in enterprise software, databases, data infrastructure, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or AI.
• Experience supporting Engineering and GTM organizations within the same company.
• Experience hiring senior or leadership-level talent.
• Experience managing external recruiting agencies or executive search partners.
