What you will do

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies for engineering and creative talent.
• Collaborate with overseas offices to hire international talent.
• Utilize various tools, including AI, to streamline recruitment processes.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from screening to onboarding.
• Contribute to the development of cutting-edge recruitment policies.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in recruitment-related tasks.
• English: B2 (Independent)
• Experience using both Japanese and English in a professional setting.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn about the latest technologies and market trends.
• Ability to identify and define necessary talent.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for engineering/creative-related positions.
• Experience recruiting global talent outside of Japan.
• Knowledge of and experience in utilizing AI and data analysis.
