What you will do
- Provide daily People & Culture support to assigned client groups and operational sites.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee matters, investigations, and performance management, escalating issues when needed.
- Analyze attrition, engagement, headcount, and performance data and develop recommendations.
- Administer leave of absence requests, including FMLA, workers’ compensation, and short-term disability.
- Support compliance activities, safety training records, labor law postings, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coach employees and leaders while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a consistent employee experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as HiBob or Workday.
- Strong understanding of People & Culture best practices and business acumen.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- Experience supporting teams through organizational change.
