What you will do

• Manage multiple complex provider and payer implementation projects from acceptance through delivery.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, deliverables, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams, client business and technology stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks while escalating issues with proposed solutions.
• Prepare project status reports and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Support portfolio governance by reviewing project charters, assessing risks and capacity, and aligning initiatives with business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business Management, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Required healthcare IT experience with either payer or provider organizations.
• Knowledge or experience in software development and industry standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage expectations across all organizational levels and work independently with minimal supervision.
