What you will do

• Support Customer Success Managers with escalation reviews and the creation of network engagement plans for priority customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to embed community processes early in the onboarding phase.
• Maintain SOPs, playbooks, and triage processes to ensure consistent handling of community escalations.
• Track and report escalation campaign metrics, monitor network health, and analyze partner engagement data in Salesforce.
• Manage customer satisfaction surveys following escalations to measure the effectiveness of resolution efforts.
• Develop innovative models to drive user adoption and coordinate with Marketing on community-facing materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, community engagement, account management, or public/social services.
• Experience working with government agencies, nonprofits, or healthcare organizations serving vulnerable populations.
• Proven ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and cross-functional internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to improve processes and measure outcomes.
• Experience with CRM platforms, with a strong preference for Salesforce.
• Must be based in the state of Pennsylvania.
