What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, RAID logs, and governance.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map current and future-state processes and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
• Translate business challenges into technical specifications and support modernization across cloud, ERP, and CRM platforms.
• Act as a strategic advisor to executives, leading workshops and steering committees.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to proposals and SOWs.

Requirements

• 4+ years in technical project management, business analysis, or consulting.
• Track record of delivering complex business or technology transformation projects.
• Familiarity with generative AI, enterprise AI tools, copilots, or intelligent automation.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and process mapping tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Consulting background in Energy, Utilities, Transportation, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Platform, UiPath, or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methods.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Professional certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma.
