What you will do

• Lead the preparation and presentation of GAAP-compliant balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
• Review bookkeeping and accounting activities for consistency with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Develop financial analysis methods to assess company performance, financial health, and growth prospects.
• Support strategic analysis, budgeting, forecasting, annual budgets, and long-term financial planning.
• Establish internal controls and accounting transaction guidelines.
• Collaborate with external auditors and supervise a small accounting group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• SaaS experience.
