What you will do

• Lead full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger, consolidations, and month-end close.
• Oversee financial reporting ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Manage, mentor, and develop both onshore and offshore accounting teams.
• Design and monitor internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
• Partner with FP&A and operations teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting experience in a leadership or controller-level capacity.
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• Proven success leading complex close processes for multi-entity or multi-client environments.
• Strong technical systems proficiency, including ERP (Sage) and advanced Excel.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience managing offshore or global accounting teams.
• SOX compliance exposure.
