What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from initial brief to final offer.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, candidates, and internal experts.
• Write compelling, non-templated job descriptions and outreach communications.
• Manage sourcing strategies using internal networks and AI-powered external search tools.
• Track hiring progress using data and feedback to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal AI recruiting tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced tech environments.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into daily recruiting workflows.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, outreach tools, and modern HR technology.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain empathy and support while working at a high pace.
• Experience hiring designers or hands-on design background is highly valued.
