Recruiting Partner (AI)

Location: Remote; flexible hours with CET ± a few hours working overlap

What you will do

• Own searches end-to-end, from client brief to offer, including timelines, quality, and communication.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, candidates, and expert interviewers while building long-term candidate relationships.
• Recruit top-tier talent and write sharp, non-templated job descriptions, briefs, and outreach.
• Manage sourcing through the internal network and targeted external search powered by AI.
• Track progress using data and feedback, bring structure that raises team quality, and help build AI tools used by the recruiting team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced technology environments.
• Ability to integrate AI into daily recruiting workflows.
• Confidence with ATSs, outreach platforms, and HR technology, plus curiosity about emerging tools.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to keep searches moving.
• Empathy and ability to support people without losing pace.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring designers across seniority levels or hands-on design experience.
