What you will do

• Manage the month-end close process for the Gibraltar entity, ensuring accurate financial statements under IFRS.
• Oversee financial operations for hirify.global UK as a cost center, including monthly cost reviews and variance analysis.
• Handle regulatory reporting under the DLT license to the FSC and maintain compliance with GIB and UK legislation.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial modeling to support business decisions.
• Design and implement internal controls and manage relations with outsourced accounting providers.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and reconciliations in line with the Transfer Pricing Policy.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in financial control, accounting, or audit.
• Experience working within regulated financial services entities.
• Strong proficiency in IFRS or UK GAAP.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Gibraltar.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction accounting environments.
• Knowledge of Gibraltar and/or UK regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
