Senior Financial Analyst & Planification (FP&A)

What you will do

• Partner with operational teams to build, monitor, and improve budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly results, identify key variances, and provide recommendations for business decisions.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate risks, opportunities, and future business performance.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support planning, investment, and resource allocation decisions across departments.
• Use multiple data sources to identify trends and support strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and integrations.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets, databases, and financial models.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement structures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both French and English.
