Financial Controller (Digital Assets)

What you will do

• Prepare financial statements, management accounts, and supporting reports under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Manage accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions, including payables, receivables, accruals, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and control reviews.
• Coordinate external audits, regulatory, tax, statutory, and ad hoc reporting.
• Strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and financial governance frameworks.
• Improve reporting workflows and financial systems through technology, automation, and operational analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFA, or an equivalent certification.
• 10+ years of experience in financial control, audit, or accounting.
• Proficiency in Xero and Enfusion portfolio management system.
• Mandatory proficiency in Excel and VBA or Python.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and tax requirements, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and communication skills.

• Experience at a credit hedge fund.
• Experience with digital assets or blockchain ecosystems.
