• Produce monthly accounts for review by the Business Partner.
• Engage with stakeholders to manage the cost base and support planning and forecasting cycles.
• Develop and improve existing business and financial processes.
• Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and expense tracking.
• Build strong partnerships to share best practices and support external audit requirements.
• Provide high-quality analysis and decision support to the Business Partner.

• Must be based in or able to work from Southampton.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, governance, and supporting technologies.
• Proven experience in an analytical finance role within the financial services sector.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results under tight deadlines.
