Salary: $140,250–$189,750 per year base compensation, plus a 25% annual bonus target and company RSUs.

What you will do

• Lead the preparation and timely filing of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements, and other SEC reports.
• Prepare and review financial statement schedules, footnotes, MD&A, disclosure checklists, tie-outs, and XBRL tagging.
• Coordinate reporting reviews with legal counsel, external auditors, investor relations, executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain the reporting calendar and improve reporting processes, disclosures, and best practices.
• Help establish and maintain SOX-compliant internal controls over financial reporting.
• Research new accounting standards, support regulator inquiries, and provide technical accounting guidance on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with an active CPA license.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Deep public-company SEC reporting experience, including ownership of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and financial statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC Regulations S-X and S-K, and financial reporting practices.
• Required experience with Workiva; NetSuite experience is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.
