Salary: $135,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including invoicing design and daily execution.
• Drive technical accounting by researching standards and refining policies for commissions and capitalized software.
• Build and standardize accounting processes, identifying opportunities for automation and formal ownership.
• Serve as the primary accounting point of contact for internal stakeholders and external contractors.
• Take full ownership of accounting functions currently managed by contractors as the business scales.

Requirements

• Active or inactive CPA license required.
• Minimum of two years of experience at a Big Four firm (EY, Deloitte, PwC, or KPMG).
• Proven experience in a startup environment where systems were built from scratch.
• Strong data fundamentals with the ability to reconcile large, messy datasets across systems.
• Background in fintech, SaaS, or technology-adjacent industries.
• Demonstrated ability to own a process end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Technical accounting depth, specifically researching and implementing new policies.
• Experience managing contractors.
• Prior experience with FBO accounting or payments-adjacent finance.
