What you will do

• Define and own the global product strategy and roadmap across multiple product lines and market verticals.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery and market validation through delivery, adoption, and continuous optimization.
• Develop frameworks and processes that improve decision-making, execution velocity, and product delivery.
• Identify emerging opportunities in tokenization and challenge conventional approaches to financial infrastructure.
• Align technical, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders around product priorities and execution plans.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a product leadership role managing multiple Product Managers or verticals.
• Experience building and scaling B2B financial or fintech infrastructure products in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Background in payments, custody, capital markets, blockchain infrastructure, or related financial technology.
• Strong record of delivering 0–1 products.
• Ability to translate complex market and technical insights into clear product strategies and execution plans.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills, with curiosity about tokenization.
