What you will do

• Act as the industry anchor with MGAs, carriers, reinsurers, and capacity providers.
• Serve as the product domain expert, ensuring the platform reflects real-world underwriting and capacity workflows.
• Unlock and engage design partners (MGAs, insurers, syndicates) to accelerate early traction.
• Translate industry processes, constraints, and edge cases into clear product requirements.
• Shape the company's external messaging, positioning, and category narrative.

Requirements

• Background as a former MGA CEO, COO, or CUO.
• Senior executive experience at a carrier, reinsurer, or Lloyd’s syndicate.
• Deep expertise in delegated authority, program business, and capacity placement.
• Proven network across senior levels at MGAs and capital providers.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London.
