• Define the product roadmap in collaboration with commercial, engineering, and product teams.

• Improve customer outcomes while supporting overall business growth.
• Lead an established team and embed agile best practices across the wider product function.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London or Manchester.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product ownership with accountability for commercial outcomes.
• Experience working with complex enterprise clients and senior stakeholders, ideally in a B2B2C capacity.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams within agile environments.

• Experience within fintech, banking, payments, loyalty, or travel sectors.
