What you will do

• Own implementation projects from pre-sales scoping and kickoff through delivery and customer value realization.
• Partner with Sales to estimate effort, prepare statements of work, and set delivery expectations before contracts are signed.
• Create project plans, sprint plans, budgets, resource plans, and delivery documentation.
• Manage direct and partner-led implementations, ensuring consistent delivery quality and coordinating scope, risks, and changes.
• Advise client stakeholders on FP&A processes, organizational changes, and effective platform adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Sales, Customer Success, and delivery partners while improving delivery methods and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing a financial planning or EPM platform.
• Experience scoping projects during pre-sales, presenting statements of work, and working directly with clients before contract signing.
• Experience managing implementations delivered through third-party partners or resellers.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation processes in FP&A.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder, multi-workstream projects with technical and change-management components.
• Proficiency with SaaS project tools, Agile or hybrid methodologies, and client-facing communication with senior finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with workforce planning and other financial planning use cases.
• Formal project management qualifications.
