Implementation Project Manager (SaaS)

hirify.global provides business planning software for finance teams, automating reporting and simplifying collaboration, planning, and forecasting.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of financial planning platform implementations, from pre-sales scoping and kickoff through delivery and value realization.
• Partner with Sales to scope projects, estimate effort, present statements of work, and set delivery expectations before contract signing.
• Create project documents, sprint plans, budgets, and resource plans tailored to each delivery model.
• Manage scope, risks, change control, governance, and implementations delivered both directly and through third-party partners.
• Advise client stakeholders on process and organizational changes, coordinating with Product, Support, Sales, Customer Success, and delivery partners.
• Improve delivery methodology through AI deployment, templates, sprint cadences, design practices, and mentoring of junior team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing a financial planning or EPM platform.
• Experience scoping projects during pre-sales and presenting statements of work directly to clients.
• Experience managing implementations delivered through third-party partners or resellers.
• Working knowledge of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder, multi-workstream projects with technical and change-management components.
• Proficiency with SaaS project tools, Agile or hybrid methodologies, risk management, and senior client-facing communication.

• Experience with workforce planning and other planning use cases.
