Senior Project Manager (ERP Automation)

Location: Hybrid, based in Munich or Cologne, Germany, with regular customer visits across the DACH region and an onboarding period of at least one month at the Zurich headquarters.

What you will do

• Run enterprise implementations end to end, from kickoff and planning through configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel while protecting timelines, scope, and budgets.
• Deliver global transformation programs across multiple ERP systems, legal entities, and countries.
• Coordinate Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers, AI Automation Specialists, consultants, and customer stakeholders.
• Lead steering committees, make delivery decisions, and create recovery plans for off-track programs.
• Lead delivery teams, coach Project Managers, and ensure a clean handover after go-live.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex projects in consulting, enterprise software implementation, or large-scale transformation delivery.
• Experience running multi-country or multi-entity programs with senior client stakeholders and executive steering committees.
• Experience leading a delivery team, not only managing a project plan.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Structured approach, ownership, scope discipline, sound escalation judgment, and confidence working with customer finance and IT leaders.
