Senior Project Manager / Product Owner (SaaS)

Location: Fully remote, based anywhere in the European Economic Area

What you will do

• Own and communicate product direction, priorities, scope, and success criteria across engineering, design, partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Turn customer needs and ambiguous situations into clear plans, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlogs, timelines, and accountable delivery.
• Prototype product concepts independently using agentic tools such as Claude Design or Claude Code.
• Coordinate remote teams of engineers and designers, managing dependencies, milestones, scope changes, schedules, and costs.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, measure shipped features, and use data to guide product decisions.
• Run discovery and definition workshops, provide written status updates, and support sales with scoping and estimates.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English is required for direct communication with partners and clients.
• At least 4 years of experience in software project management and/or product ownership.
• Experience bringing structure to complex, ambiguous partner or client situations and driving delivery to completion.
• Hands-on experience prototyping with agentic tools such as Claude Cowork, Claude Design, Claude Code, or equivalent.
• Understanding of engineering and design workflows, analytics, KPI tracking, dashboards, mobile and web product development, and Agile practices.
• Experience coordinating remote teams of 5 or more engineers and designers with strong stakeholder and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using Asana; Jira, Monday, or equivalent project-management tools are also relevant.
