Project Manager (ERP Automation)

Location: Hybrid, based in Munich or Cologne, Germany; regular customer visits across the DACH region and an onboarding period of at least one month at the Zurich headquarters.

What you will do

• Run customer implementations end to end, from kickoff, scope and planning through configuration, testing and go-live.
• Manage several customers in parallel and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Work with customers to understand processes, identify invalid assumptions and manage change requests.
• Coordinate Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers and AI Automation Specialists.
• Hand over completed implementations to Consultants and the support organization.
• At Senior Project Manager level, lead global programs, steering committees, recovery plans and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation or project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining control of scope, timelines and budgets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written, required.
• Experience with ERP implementations, finance or supply chain processes, or AI-driven SaaS is advantageous.
