Salary: $152,000–$228,000 per year base compensation, plus a 25% annual bonus target and company RSUs.

What you will do

• Own month-end close activities and reporting for loan accounting, including open items, risks, and recommended solutions.
• Oversee accounting for loan origination, servicing, sales, and related financial-statement support.
• Design scalable accounting frameworks, policies, controls, systems, and workflows for a growing product portfolio.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Technical Accounting on new product launches and accurate ledger representation.
• Investigate reconciliation variances across complex data sets, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
• Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team and support SOX control design and monitoring.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years managing people.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP financial reporting, loan accounting, and reconciliation management at scale.
• Experience designing and improving accounting systems and operational workflows.
• Experience with SOX compliance and controls in a public-company or pre-IPO environment.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including reporting financial risks to senior finance leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
