Salary: $182,600 – $295,350 (depending on geographic zone, inclusive of 20% bonus target)

What you will do

• Lead the global accounting function and shape the controllership roadmap to support operational maturity.
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including financial statements and cash flow reporting.
• Manage core accounting operations across general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and equity administration.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for US GAAP/IFRS, reviewing complex transactions and preparing technical memos.
• Strengthen the internal control environment, including SOX readiness, process documentation, and audit coordination.
• Drive scalability through ERP enhancements and the implementation of AI automation across the accounting lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting and leadership in a public-company SOX environment.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and foreign currency accounting.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems for workflow and reporting optimization.
• Proven ability to lead teams through organizational scale, change, and process improvement in a SaaS or tech company.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and auditors.
