What you will do

• Own the full post-sale relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans that drive adoption, satisfaction, and growth.
• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Partner with implementation and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to product and engineering.
• Monitor account health and proactively address risks to retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of account management or customer success experience in enterprise B2B.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue expansion targets.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience with API-first platforms or infrastructure-as-a-service.
• Familiarity with compliance, custody, or treasury operations.
• Background in management consulting or investment banking.
