What you will do

• Manage a book of business spanning various verticals and geographies for top-tier enterprise merchants.
• Lead complex negotiations for expansions and renewals using milestone tracking and KPIs.
• Develop data-driven account roadmaps to maximize growth for both hirify.global and the partner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Risk, and Legal to drive deals.
• Act as the voice of the merchant, delivering market feedback and insights to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or business development in high-growth tech environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to influence and earn trust with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, financial models, and analytical rigor.
• Experience interfacing with product and engineering teams to manage commercial initiatives.
