What you will do

• Own strategic relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.
• Drive value realization plans and monitor solution performance (KPIs/SLAs) in collaboration with Product and Data Science teams.
• Develop joint success plans and QBR frameworks to proactively address evolving client needs.
• Lead governance forums, including SteerCos and incident reviews, for dedicated accounts.
• Act as an escalation point to resolve delivery issues and mitigate project risks.
• Synthesize customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and feature enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting, customer success, or account management.
• Strong understanding of the fraud prevention domain, preferably within Banks or Acquirers.
• Proven experience managing relationships with large enterprise accounts in the financial services sector.
• Ability to analyze data and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
