• Lead technical discovery and deliver tailored live demos for strategic prospects.
• Translate complex customer pain points into relevant AI-powered solution examples.
• Communicate the value and technical architecture of the hirify.global platform to diverse audiences.
• Act as a strategic partner to help prospects envision and shape their AI transformation.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and R&D teams to provide real-world customer insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or product management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, APIs, and modern cloud platforms.
• Confidence in presenting technical products to both business and technical stakeholders.
• English: C1+ level (excellent verbal and written communication).
• Location: Must be based in Belgium, Germany, or Sweden.
