What you will do

• Design and build AI-driven virtual agents for digital and voice channels using conversational AI and knowledge systems.
• Own the full AI agent lifecycle, from defining prompting strategies and knowledge retrieval patterns to performance optimization.
• Develop secure and scalable integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems like CRM and commerce platforms via REST APIs.
• Build full-stack solutions, including web interfaces and backend services, to support AI agent interactions and prototypes.
• Partner with customers to translate operational challenges into technical architectures and production-ready agent capabilities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify platform gaps and prototype new AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and conversational AI architecture.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, including backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and CRM/business system integrations.
• Understanding of identity and access management.
