What you will do

• Build end-to-end agentic systems and full-stack prototypes to validate new AI capabilities.
• Track frontier AI developments and turn promising models and protocols into working software.
• Design experiments to measure quality, latency, cost, and user impact of AI concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers and internal users to validate concepts and iterate quickly.
• Create reference implementations and documentation to hand off validated prototypes to product teams.
• Provide concrete feedback to platform teams on AI performance and limitations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany (Berlin or Düsseldorf).
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development with a proven track record of shipping products.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered systems to production environments.
• Deep understanding of AI agents, including message arrays, tool calling, context management, and prompt caching.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
