What you will do
- Build and operate production backend systems that serve AI-powered features.
- Design inference pipelines, orchestration layers, and service boundaries around AI models.
- Own production reliability, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
- Optimize system latency and throughput through caching, batching, and streaming.
- Ensure APIs are stable and support seamless integration with frontend and ML systems.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals in production environments.
- Experience running high-throughput, low-latency services.
- Familiarity with AI inference patterns (LLMs, embeddings, multimodal).
- Proficiency in Python, NodeJs, Pytorch, SQL, and noSQL.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Ability to debug distributed systems under load.
