What you will do

• Build and operate production backend systems that serve AI-powered features.
• Design inference pipelines, orchestration layers, and service boundaries around AI models.
• Own production reliability, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
• Optimize system latency and throughput through caching, batching, and streaming.
• Ensure APIs are stable and support seamless integration with frontend and ML systems.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering fundamentals in production environments.
• Experience running high-throughput, low-latency services.
• Familiarity with AI inference patterns (LLMs, embeddings, multimodal).
• Proficiency in Python, NodeJs, Pytorch, SQL, and noSQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Ability to debug distributed systems under load.
