What you will do
- Consult with commercial teams such as Growth, Marketing, and Finance to identify high-value AI automation opportunities.
- Build practical automations and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) using existing LLMs and tooling to prove value quickly.
- Integrate internal systems and data via APIs and MCP to support specific AI use cases.
- Empower non-technical teams by handing over maintainable first-version solutions and providing the necessary guidance.
- Collaborate with ML and Tool Enablement teams to transition successful POCs into scaled, monitored production systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience combining business sense with a hands-on technical foundation.
- Solid programming fundamentals for building working MVPs and wiring integrations.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering (e.g., Claude, GPT) in real-world use cases.
- Working knowledge of APIs, HTTP, and JSON.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Karlsruhe, Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience or familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
