What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical track for strategic Analytics and AI opportunities.
• Lead technical motions for AI/GenAI use cases including RAG, vector search, and agentic workloads.
• Execute proofs of concept, benchmarks, and complex system sizing.
• Design reference architectures and articulate technical differentiation in competitive scenarios.
• Provide executive-level advisory and thought leadership to CxO and board-level stakeholders.
• Develop playbooks and documentation to enable the broader regional sales engineering team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of deep hands-on expertise with Postgres and analytical data platforms.
• Proven experience designing and building AI/GenAI solutions including embeddings and RAG.
• Strong track record in pre-sales or field-CTO roles within enterprise data environments.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and advise at the CxO and board level.
• Fluency in North European market dynamics, regulatory context, and industry trends.
• Willingness to travel as required by strategic deals.
