What you will do

• Lead and oversee all lifting operations on-site to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Coordinate lifting logistics between various subcontractors including civil, structural, and MEP teams.
• Collaborate with the VDC team to integrate lifting activities into field sequencing.
• Develop detailed lifting plans, crane studies, and rigging strategies based on contract documents.
• Manage lifting and logistics coordination meetings, ensuring all risk assessments and method statements are documented.
• Interface with the Owner Furnished Equipment manager to plan the installation of client-provided equipment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Lifting Manager or Supervisor on large-scale construction projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex lifting operations on 5+ ground-up data centers.
• Deep expertise in crane operations, rigging plans, and heavy lift coordination.
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering drawings, load calculations, and crane charts.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and make strategic decisions under pressure.
