Commercial Lead (Data Centre Construction)

What you will do

• Act as the key account manager to develop partnership-based client relationships.
• Utilize business development skills to acquire new clients and repeat projects.
• Oversee key strategic client projects and create detailed cost plans and estimates.
• Lead and mentor large teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Prepare QTO for cost plans and BoQs, and implement QAQC plans.
• Support sales and marketing efforts and participate in drafting client proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in cost management (pre-construction), specifically for large-scale data center, oil and gas, or life sciences projects.
• At least 4 years of experience with Cost X (or Planswift, Cubicost, Candy, or ZW CAD).
• Degree or equivalent experience in cost management or a construction discipline.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Farciennes (Belgium) or Oulu (Finland) with existing legal right to work.
• Chartered status or currently on the path to completing it.
• Proven experience in leading a business and building professional teams.
