What you will do

• Lead the entire lifecycle of HV projects, from design and planning through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, designers, utility companies, and contractors.
• Manage the design process, including reviews and approvals.
• Ensure strict adherence to regional HV regulatory bodies and local safety/quality standards.
• Manage project risks and implement health, safety, and environment (HSE) principles within HV operations.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering HV electrical systems on large or complex construction projects.
• Substation experience is a must.
• Engineering or construction background, ideally with energy infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of utility protocols, commissioning practices, and safety standards for HV systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
